Five levels of assessed competence

A credential framework for the professionals the Act assumes: from a first qualification to the officer, the auditor, and the engineer.

Scope of the credential

A Forum credential attests that a named individual passed the Forum's assessment of competence at a stated level, on a stated date. It is not a licence, not a statutory qualification, and not a certification of any organisation's compliance with the Act. Nothing about it is required by law.
