Conclave leadership

The minds behind this conclave

Parveen Goribidnur Executive Chair & Curator

Strategic Advisor at the DPDPA Forum, and Executive Chair and Curator of this conclave. Parveen has come to be seen as one of India's prominent AI governance leaders; her work sits at the intersection of regulation, artificial intelligence, data protection, digital policy and responsible innovation.

With over two decades in enterprise technology, she has led large-scale AI systems in speech recognition and enterprise platforms across Microsoft, Oracle, EMC Corporation and Sapient. Her DPDPA and AI-governance operationalisation work spans India, the USA and the EU, across enterprises, governmental bodies and GCCs.

She holds a B.Tech in Computer Systems from the University of British Columbia, is an Algorithms, AI & Civil Liberties Fellow (top 8 from Asia) with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, and trained in public policy at the National Law School of India University. She is the author of a paper on programmatic AI compliance, founder and CEO of United Regulation, and owner of the AI Trust and Governance Conclave.
