How the Forum is constituted, who decides what, and what is not yet published.
No payment reaches the content of a standard. The Forum accepts no vendor endorsement, sells no compliance service, and takes no instruction from any government body. Where money and judgment could meet, the rule is written down and published.
Incorporation is complete: the Forum is registered as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013, and its corporate identity number is published below. Three of the written rules are not yet published; each is listed below.
Seats are published with the mandate they carry. A name appears against a seat only with written clearance. The chair seat is held vacant for now and is not shown.
Advisers hold no vote and no executive role. Two advisers are serving; the remaining seats are defined by the discipline they bring to a draft.
The mandate of a seat is a fact about the institution, and is published once settled. A name is a fact about a person, and appears on this register only after three steps are complete.
The Forum publishes an annual account of its work, its funding and its decisions in full. The first reporting period closes with the financial year, and the account appears here.
